BreatheSafe had built a strong domestic business delivering cabin pressurisation and filtration systems to protect operators in high-risk, dust-heavy environments.
Following private equity investment, the focus shifted to international expansion across North America and LATAM. Despite acquiring a US-based business, BreatheSafe had limited brand presence, no structured distribution network, and no clear go-to-market strategy in these regions.

From having minimal presence in the Americas, the business now operates through a structured distributor network across North America and LATAM, with 14 distributors onboarded and actively engaged in market development.
Over a 2+ year ongoing engagement, A.I. LAMB supported the rollout from strategy through to execution, including the delivery of BreatheSafe’s first 3-day distributor conference in Wisconsin, aligning partners and accelerating capability across the network.
With active sales now occurring in the US through distributors, alongside record sales momentum and growing market traction, BreatheSafe is now positioned for sustained global expansion without impacting its strong Australian foundation.
