Elora is Australia’s first automated exterior fleet maintenance provider, delivering acid wash solutions for concrete agitators and heavy vehicles through its proprietary Elora Automation System. The platform modernised traditional air-operated wash systems by automating product delivery and capturing maintenance data to provide transparency across fleet operations.

Founded by Greg and Blair, Elora initially grew through a door-to-door sales model along Australia’s East Coast, before successfully entering key markets in Melbourne and the Newcastle–Hunter Valley region. Operating on a fixed cost-per-month model across fleets of hundreds of vehicles, the business needed to refine its pricing structure, strengthen its sales process, and ensure operational efficiency as demand increased.
